LeaseControl - Reporting Groups - 15 June 2017

MAXWELL PRESENTS

LeaseControl – Reporting Groups

 Webinar

PRESENTER: Lucy Oborn

DATE: 15.06.2017

WEBINAR OVERVIEW

Throughout the world, we complete compliance in respect of not one, but multiple Leases, with a single (or simply simultaneous) submission.  This may be due to formal approved grouping (commonly exploration reports) or due to streamlined procedures (commonly payments made by accounts – perhaps in respect of local government payments).

It is important that you have access to systems that improve the efficiencies of your procedures as well as providing an audit trail of activities.

Within LeaseControl, this is delivered by way of Reporting Groups, which is not limited to reporting.

It is recommended that LeaseControl users, company geologists and support staff attend this webinar, to ensure that the needs of all stakeholders are met.

Case Studies:

  •  Northern Territory, Australia (including Expenditure Project Areas)
  • Western Australia (environmental groups)
  • Further case studies TBA

LeaseControl: Expenditure Commitments (non-calculable) - 12 Jul 2017

MAXWELL PRESENTS

LeaseControl: Expenditure Commitments (non-calculable)

 Webinar

PRESENTER: Lucy Oborn

DATE: 12.07.2017

WEBINAR OVERVIEW

Titles are generally subject to meeting expenditure or work program commitments.  In the third webinar in our expenditure series, we are focusing on those commitments that aren’t set by way of calculation (e.g. $300 per unit).

This arises where expenditure is set on a case-by-case basis through negotiation with the government, or perhaps where the calculation is amended due to partial relinquishment, or other means.

LeaseControl captures forward commitments with ease, to contribute to ‘checks and balances’ throughout the expenditure process.

This webinar is relevant not only to managers, but those involved in the budgeting and auditing processes, to ensure that data is accessible to your critical processes.

Case Studies:

  • Quebec (Canada – commitment per ‘cell’)
  • Western Australia (amended due to area change, or 5 year exemption)
  • Queensland, Australia (never calculable)
