Maxwell provides user software support through our offices situated around the world to our maintenance clients and trained users.
Our team of technical people works hard to ensure your Maxwell software environment is performing optimally at all times. They are all highly trained data management, drilling and sampling and tenement professionals. Their ongoing commitment is to provide a high level of software support to all clients based on their software needs and issues.
When you become a Maxwell client, we recommend you take one of our intensive training courses so that you’re immediately up to speed with our software. Maxwell paid training and mentoring are available to all clients for our DataShed, QAQCR, LogChief (MxApps), LeaseControl, SQL and general data management.
We undertake training throughout the world to ensure our clients are maximising their use of their software. We also provide ongoing support for all clients who have undertaken this training.
As a client, we encourage you to utilise our annual maintenance programs.
These programs offer many benefits to clients including discounted or free attendance at regional conferences, access to product-specific webinars and discounted training rates for site or Maxwell office user training.
